My Work

I built Vitellus end-to-end, focusing on both automation and intelligence layers:

  • Developed large-scale web scrapers for TED and national tender portals, capable of collecting and updating thousands of records daily.
  • Created structured storage in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with optimized schemas for buyers, tenders, lots, awards, and CPV classifications.
  • Implemented AI analysis pipelines using OpenAI and Claude models to summarize, classify, and extract compliance data from each tender.
  • Designed a backend API with FastAPI, exposing the data and insights to external dashboards and clients.
  • Built asynchronous processing queues to handle scraping, parsing, and AI analysis efficiently.
  • Added a search and alert system, allowing users to find tenders by keyword, country, or CPV code and receive updates automatically.
